We promise to respond to your inquiries promptly, process and ship your orders quickly, and help resolve any purchase that isn't perfect.
Payments:
We accept all major credit or debit cards. We also accept PayPal.
Processing:
Although we can often ship sooner, please allow up to 3 business days for your items to be processed.
Shipping & Handling:
United States: Shipping is calculated based on weight and zip code at checkout. We use USPS Priority Mail, so you'll receive your items quickly and you can track the progress from our website with your order number and email address.
International: We ship via USPS Priority Mail based on weight, which is calculated at checkout. A small handling fee may also be included in this charge. Processing may take an additional 2-3 days, and estimated transit time is 7-10 business days. Tracking information will be provided. Please note that any customs fees or taxes are the purchaser's responsibility.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for merchandise in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached within 30 days of sale.
You must email us in advance for a return authorization. Packages received without a return authorization may be refused. We cannot refund shipping fees. Returns may affect promotions applied to the original order; if so, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds are issued to original form of payment. We regret that we cannot guarantee in-stock availability for exchange requests.
We will email you a Return/Exchange form along with your return authorization.
Please note: If a return is the result of our error or defective merchandise, we will do everything possible to make it right by issuing a refund or credit, or exchanging the merchandise (pending in-stock availability). However, we cannot issue refunds beyond 60 days of the sale date. By necessity, this policy is strictly enforced.
