All USPS orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Allow 2 business days for processing, plus standard USPS delivery times. Overnight and Express Mail orders received by 3pm Eastern will ship the same day.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Delivery estimates from USPS are not guaranteed. International orders - see the bottom of this page.
Returns will be accepted only if the return has prior approval and is sent within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. You must get RMA approval to return an item. Click here if you have an account; click here if you checked out as a guest. Returns must be in new condition with tags attached, and will be inspected. Returns sent without authorization or not in new condition will be refused. Final sales cannot be returned or exchanged. RMA trouble or gift return? Please email us. Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made within 10 business days of receiving the return. Your credit card company may take longer to post your refund – check your cardholder agreement.
Promotions, sales, and shipping offers may be voided by returns. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

International Shipping is available at your request, with the following understanding: You are importing goods, and must consult your local customs office to understand and be prepared to pay any and all taxes or duties, and allow adequate time for customs processing. It will likely take several weeks to receive your order. None of this is within our control, nor can we assist you with estimating or paying those fees, or navigating those processes. Once your parcel leaves the US, it is transferred to the carrier who delivers your regular mail. For Two Fitness is not able to communicate with international postal carriers to assist with lost or misdirected mail. You will receive a tracking number with your purchase; you must contact your local carrier with that information if you have trouble receiving your package. We regret that our customer service team will not be able to help you if you feel your package is late, lost, or subject to fees. We cannot issue refunds for items that remain in customs.
