Although we can often ship sooner, please allow up to 3 business days for your items to be processed. Occasionally, our processing center is closed for holidays, inventory, or other reasons. This will be noted at checkout.
Shipping & Handling
United States: Shipping is calculated based on weight and zip code at checkout. We use USPS Priority Mail, so you'll receive your items quickly and you can track the progress of your order. Priority Mail is estimated to arrive within 2-3 days from shipment; this does NOT include handling time, which is additional.
International: We ship via USPS Priority Mail based on weight and international shipping zone, which is calculated at checkout. A handling fee may also be included in this charge. Processing may take an additional 2-3 days, and estimated transit time is 7-10 business days. Tracking information will be provided. Please note that any customs fees or taxes are the purchaser's responsibility. If you provide an email address or phone number this will be included so that you can be contacted by the carrier directly, in case of difficulty with delivery.
Shipping Contract: Please be aware that we cannot control or direct packages after they leave our facility and enter into the shipper's custody. Your mailing address will be processed exactly as entered by you. For this reason, we cannot be responsible for undeliverable mail and we are unable to refund shipping charges if items are undeliverable, lost, stolen or returned to us. Items confirmed by USPS as "delivered" are assumed to be as such.
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for merchandise in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached, within 30 days of sale.
For Two Fitness members can obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by clicking here and providing the order number and email address.
Those customers that checked out as guests, may request an RMA by clicking here.
Packages received without an RMA may be refused. Original shipping fees are not refunded. We cannot guarantee the availability of exchange requests. If desired items are not available, a return or site credit will be processed. Returns may affect promotions applied to the original order; if so, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds are issued to original form of payment. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns on any items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
If you receive defective merchandise or we make an error with your order, please include this information with your return authorization form. We will do everything possible to make it right. However, we cannot issue refunds beyond 30 days of the sale date. By necessity, this policy is strictly enforced.
