Meet Heather Englund!
What is the theme of your blog?
My blog is a reflection of my life and loves: family, kids, my love for fitness, healthy cooking and my crafty side. There’s a little bit of everything all centering around creating a healthy lifestyle.
How many kiddos do you have?
I have two children. Hunter just turned 2 in May and Zoe was born in February.
What do you do for a living?
I teach group fitness classes part-time, but my biggest job is being a mama. I am so very blessed to spend the majority of my time at home with them.
What is your favorite fit pregnancy or postpartum workout?
My favorite two postpartum workouts have to be body pump and body combat, both of which I teach. I love body pump because it makes me feel so strong, and body combat because it’s super fun and I sweat like crazy.
What is your favorite food?
Chocolate. But what I eat pretty much every day and love is banana custard oats.
Do you have any hobbies?
I love sewing (mostly clothes for my kiddos), cooking and experimenting in the kitchen and I’m attempting to make gardening a hobby. I’m not a very good gardener, but every year I get a little better!
Where is your favorite vacation destination?
Gosh this is tough since I traveled a lot growing up, but my favorite has to be Victoria BC which is where I went on my honeymoon.
What other interesting facts would you like to share with our readers?
I absolutely loved working out pregnant (and rocking my FTF tanks!). I taught classes all the way through to the end with both of my pregnancies and cannot wait to do that again. Being pregnant was one of the easiest ways to motivate participants to keep going too!
