What is the theme of your blog?
Clean eating, efficient workouts and mommy entertainment.
How many kiddos do you have?
1.5 (baby #2 due in August 2014)
What do you do for a living?
(I stay at home with my daughter, but teach group ex classes at my local Y as well as run my own nutrition coaching business- Be Mom Strong).
What is your favorite fit pregnancy or postpartum workout?
Tabata! It’s quick, effective and heart-pounding!
What is your favorite food?
Anything chocolate and peanut butter I cannot deny!
Do you have any hobbies?
I love stalking different workouts and “borrowing” ideas to do with my clients!
Where is your favorite vacation destination?
Maui! We went there on a babymoon before baby #1 and are saving up for a post-baby trip in 2015!
What other interesting facts would you like to share with our readers?
My husband is a 4-time Ironman and is hoping to earn a spot to the national championships in 2015!

She keeps fit during pregnancy and postnatal times by walking, practicing yoga, and doing low impact strength training.
