My name is Katie and I am 31 years young ( hehe ) and I reside in Pennsylvania. I am married to a wonderful man and have two beautiful boys, one is 13 years old and one was just born on June 29th! I am a stay at home mom and I also have a healthy living blog (healthydivaeats.com) that I started 3 years ago and has become very successful the past year and a half, I am grateful! My blog is about living a healthy life that includes positivity, fitness, and healthy eating! I truly love blogging and I have the most awesome readers that have shown so much love and support and do daily! I truly am blessed to have a job that I love and am grateful that it has become much more than I ever imagined.
Being healthy to me is not just diet and exercise, but also having self love and having positivity daily, no matter what. Life is too short to live unhappy and life is too short to not take care of yourself and your body. Live with balance and moderation, live happy, and live life to the fullest!

She keeps fit during pregnancy and postnatal times by walking, practicing yoga, and doing low impact strength training.
