I believe that we can all be our best selves as long as we put forth our best effort. I love being outside in the sunshine and spending time with my family. I don't like to prescribe to any one fitness or nutrition plan because I think every BODY is different. I love playing soccer (this is the longest I've ever gone without playing). I have played soccer for 25+ years and still enjoy playing in my local women's league.
