Hi! I'm Nicole, mom to 2 year old Siena and currently pregnant with fraternal twin girls, due in April. I love all things fitness but my true love is running. I'll try anything once and love to keep variety in my workouts! When I was pregnant with Siena, I worked out past my due date and felt great, much of which I attributed to living an active lifestyle before and during pregnancy. Since becoming a mother, I have focused mostly on running and online home strength training workouts. I plan to continue to run and stay active as long as I can during this pregnancy!
I work part-time from home as an online fitness and health coach and part-time digital marketing manager.
I absolutely love running, but as I get closer to my due date I plan to do more yoga (both pre-natal and not), which I absolutely loved during my previous pregnancy.
My fitness philosophy centers around balance. I believe that runners need strength training to create a strong and balanced body to prevent injury and make them a better runner. I also believe in balance nutritionally and while I generally eat a very healthy diet, I don't completely eliminate any food groups and always save room for my favorite indulgences like pizza and ice cream!
I have completed 1 full Ironman, 7 marathons, and ran two half marathons while pregnant with my daughter and have ran one half marathon while pregnant with twins.
