If you haven’t already met Jess Allen, you’re in for a treat! She’s the fitness expert behind the blog Blonde Ponytail. It’s not hard to trust her advice when she looks like this! But Jess is more than her amazing looks – she’s sweet, sincere, and as smart as they come. We are so thrilled to have her as one of our official Ambassadors!
Hello! I’m Jess Allen, a NSCA-CSCS trainer and the author of the healthy living blog, Blonde Ponytail, where I share dynamic workouts and healthy recipes along with life outside the gym. My husband and I reside in Omaha, Nebraska, where he coaches baseball at Creighton University.
Fitness and healthy living have been part of my lifestyle from the beginning and inevitably led me to Stanford University where I played softball. Transitioning to the health industry made sense after a life of athletics!
Most recently (and most importantly), I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on June 11th, so I can add “mom” to my list of credentials! During my pregnancy, I maintained an active lifestyle and continued to teach group fitness classes and train … usually sporting my For Two Fitness tops!
To learn more about Jess, and see more photos of her beautiful baby girl, follow her on Instagram (@blondeponytail), Twitter (@blondeponytail), YouTube, and Facebook.
