I'm blessed enough to be a stay at home mom to a 2 year old girl and soon to be newborn boy! My favorite workout involves running but I also love the beachbody workouts and just finished 80 Day Obsession at 36 weeks pregnant!
My philosophy is to just take it one day at a time!!! Too many people set out long term goals and wind up burnt out. They are constantly starting over and never getting anywhere. If you take it one day at a time it's less daunting and you're more likely to stay committed.
I finished my first 50k running event at 18 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy. I’m still so proud of that achievement.
