Hi! I am Edna Ralph a 32 years old girl from El Paso, TX. I am six months pregnant. I love to workout and stay in shape. I have been working out all my life however six years ago I started practicing Triathlon, I love it because I can swim, bike & run at the same time! Also, I do light weights and yoga, I have been practicing yoga more often now that I am pregnant; it makes me feel great & relax afterwards. I recommend prenatal yoga to all the moms to be. Also, I love cooking healthy recipes & share it on my blog with all my readers!
