Hi For Two Fitness Family! I'm wife to a serial entrepreneur and mom to three rowdy kids with another little one on the way. Day to day, I help my husband with his small business, freelance for Atlanta-area small businesses and somehow manage to feed, clothe, chauffeur and love on my little ones. When I have any extra time, you can find me blogging, cooking, working out or being active outdoors with my family.
I CrossFit throughout my first three pregnancies, but this time, I am mixing things up and adding in Les Mills Bodypump and spin classes, as well as yoga. My husband and I have always loved being active, whether it's playing sports, working out or hiking. We believe that living out a healthy, active lifestyle is crucial in raising up the next generation of healthy adults. For better or worse, our kids watch and mimic most everything we do.
My dream is to live on our very own homestead one day, where our kids can roam free and the pace of life is a little slower and rooted in nature.
