Hi, my name is Ifat Kent. I am a mother to three wonderful kids and a studio owner. My specialty is teaching prenatal yoga as well as mom & baby yoga. I also teach childbirth education with my partner who is practicing as a doula and a midwife's assistant. I love teaching yoga and infusing childbirth education in the classes and I love going through the journey of pregnancy and birth with my students. Then I get to see the babies in the postpartum class and very often I get to meet the whole family in family yoga.
My favorite workout is also a "work-in" and it's yoga. I enjoy seeing the mommies using the baby as natural weight and getting to play & bond while working on strength and flexibility.
My fitness philosophy is to find the things you enjoy doing and do them, go out as often as possible and enjoy nature, breathe deeply and stretch after workouts and always make time for self-care.
I'm proud of myself for making a business doing what I love most and raising three awesome kids. I also like to dance and sing and I do it often in front of the mirror in my studio :)
