Hi! my name is Jeenie and I am a food lover, a fitness enthusiast, a certified personal trainer, a certified pre and post natal exercise specialist and a wellness advocate.
I am the owner and head personal trainer at KeepFit Women. I get to work with women from all different backgrounds, to help them meet their health and fitness goals. My favourite workouts during pregnancy are always, whatever feels good that day! A women's body goes through a tremendous amount of change during pregnancy, and sometimes that means adjusting how we exercise. I do my best to be in tune with my body, adapt my workouts as needed, and move daily!
My fitness philosophy is "Where you can, when you can". Life gets busy, and sometimes getting to the gym to do your regular routine just isn't possible. Sometimes doing burpees in the backyard, push ups in the kitchen or having a "squat and lunge dance party" with your wee one is just as effective.
I love trying (only sometimes successfully) cooking new foods, I am passionate about sharing my love for fitness and showing other women how working out doesn't have to be boring or intimidating.
