Hi there! I'm Kris and I'm a soon-to-be mom! I am a certified personal trainer in Texas. I have been working out and eating well throughout my entire pregnancy. I believe that we can all be our best selves as long as we put forth our best effort. I love being outside in the sunshine and spending time with my family. I can't wait to have our latest addition running around the backyard with us!
I am a personal trainer specializing in functional fitness, general weight loss and maintenance, and overall health.
I love getting my heart rate elevated through strength training workouts paired with light cardiovascular movements. Since running is tough for me while pregnant, I try to get my heart rate up in different ways.
I believe that everyone has the opportunity to be her best self. Wellness is about long term changes to lifestyle. I don't like to prescribe to any one fitness or nutrition plan because I think every BODY is different. Maintain an active, healthy lifestyle while eating a nutritious, well-balanced diet full of whole foods to achieve your goals. Find what is right for YOUR body!
I love playing soccer (this is the longest I've ever gone without playing). I have played soccer for 25+ years and still enjoy playing in my local women's league.
