My name is Steph, but on all the socials I’m known as Run Strong Run. I am a 5th grade teacher by day and a runner / blogger by night. My greatest running achievement includes running two marathons in one weekend in 2016.
I have been married since 2012 and have two awesome “bonus” kids. I am currently expecting my first biological child to make their arrival in November 2018 and I could not be more excited! My favorite pregnancy workouts including walking and Zumba. My fitness philosophy is, “Do what makes you feel good.” When I don’t workout, I feel sluggish and lack energy. When I workout, however, I feel energized and ready to take on the world!
You can find me on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook as runstrongrun. You may also find my blog at runstrongrun.com
