My name is Stephanie and I am a physical therapist, a runner, and a mom of two boys! I started running when I was little and then started running races when I was in college.I met my husband through running and now we both run together with our two kids. I have run 41 half marathons and 17 full marathons and my goal is to run a marathon in all 50 states.
I ran throughout both of my pregnancies and really enjoyed it! Running during pregnancy was a great way for me to stay in shape and to reduce stress. It has also been a great way to get back in shape postpartum. My fitness philosophy is to always challenge myself to be better everyday and also to always enjoy what I’m doing.
