Hello! I’m Coral Eby, and I’m excited to be a new ambassador for For Two Fitness! I’m a Colorado-based mom of a rambunctious 2-year old boy and 90-lb chocolate labrador – with a baby girl due in August! When not momming and running, I manage a family-owned consulting firm, and I’m also a Colfax Marathon Ambassador and love being a part of the Denver running community!
I’ve been an avid runner for most of my life, and I’m enjoying continuing my journey as a runner in pregnancy for a second time. I started out as a sprinter, running track through high school and training with my dad. In college, I took up longer distances and quickly fell in love with the sport. In addition to running, I’m finding so many benefits this pregnancy from expanding my workouts to maintain my fitness with a balance of weight lifting and resistance training, yoga, swimming, walking, and chasing around a toddler. That last one may be my best fitness challenge yet!
I am constantly amazed by the strength and beauty of the human body and human spirit, and pregnancy has proven no different. There’s no better time to learn to love your body and all that it’s made to do!
Follow along with me in my adventures in running, momming, and growing a human – you can find me on Instagram (@CoralSC) and on Facebook (facebook.com/coral.schneider). Wishing everyone a healthy & fit pregnancy and beyond!
